October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month

In the month of October HOPE is holding several fundraising events to benefit victims of domestic violence

October 22nd: Cut Out Domestic Violence. HOPE Family Services and Statements Salon are teaming together, in honor of domestic violence awareness month, for a Cut-A-Thon Monday October 22^nd from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Call Statements Salon for an appointment; University: 355-7400 (8231 Cooper Creek Park) or Lane Plaza Too: 747-6600 (1825 Lakewood Ranch Blvd). All proceeds to benefit HOPE Family Services, Manatee County's domestic violence agency. For more information call 747-8499.

Oct 26: BBQ Lunch. J & J BBQ is holding a fundraising luncheon to benefit HOPE Family Services. It will be held in downtown Bradenton at the office of HOPE Family Services (1201 8^th Ave W) on Friday October 26^th from 11am-2pm.
